9 Questions every medical aspirants must know before filling NEET 2019 Application form

Hope you are doing well in your studies. Now the NEET 2019 notification has been released by NTA. And the filling of application has been started on November 1, 2019. There are so many column to fill in NEET application form. There are chances that you may get stuck somewhere in between the application form. I am writing this blog to answer your questions which may arise while filling the NEET application form. 

Q1. Is NEET forms will be available online only or can it be purchased from any bank or institution, shop or post office?

Ans. The NEET application forms are available in online mode only. A candidate can apply by logging into the website www.ntaneet.nic.in and www.nta.ac.in. NEET Forms are not available in any bank, shop, post office or anyother institution.

Q2. How to fill up ‘online’ application form for NEET (UG) - 2019? Are there any guidelines presribed before filling the application form of NEET 2019?

Ans. The Application form for NEET (UG) - 2019 can be submitted in online mode only through website www.ntaneet.nic.in and www.nta.ac.in. The Details are available under Chapter-4 “Mode of submission of Application Form and Payment of fee” as provided in the Information Bulletin of NEET (UG) - 2019. Q3. Is there any need to send confirmation Page of Application Form of NEET (UG) - 2019 and how to send it?

Ans. No, there is no requirement to send the confirmation page of NEET 2019 application form or any other document to NTA (National testing Agency) or anyother office. 

Q4. What are the documents that must be sent with the confirmation page to be sent to the NTA?

Ans. Neither there is need to send confirmation page nor any document is required.

Q5. If any candidate do mistake during filling up of the form, like wrong particulars are filled in the online form, how it can be corrected.

Ans. Candidates are advised to keep the entire information ready as per NEET 2019 notification. The correction in certain fields in NEET Application Form can be allowed from 14.01.2019 to 31.01.2019. In this time period, candidates can rectify the wrong particulars.

Q6. Which browser must be used by candidates while filling NEET 2019 application form?

Ans. Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer (above 9.0) are preferred.

Q7. What should I do, if ‘continuous timeout of ‘file not found error’ occurs while filling online application form of NEET (UG)- 2019

Ans. Use fast Internet Network, try to use Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer (above 9.0). IIf there continuous time out problem, then clear cookies and history of the browser and fill in off-peak hours.

Q8. While submitting the application form, I have done mistake by filling my category as UR in place of SC? I filled my category "General" (UR) in place of SC, what should I do now?

Ans. A chance after a week of last date will be given to the candidates for such corrections, if any. No correction will be allowed thereafter.

Q9. While filling the application form, I have interchanged the parents name i.e. mother name has been mentioned in father’s name and father’s name is mentioned in place of mother’s name. What should I do now?

Ans. The correction in certain fields is allowed from 14.01.2019 to 31.01.2019. In this time period, candidates can rectify the wrong particulars. So visit NTA website continuously for any update.
